online return policy:
Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition. Items purchased with store credit or a gift card will receive store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed towards the credit card used in your transaction. This generally takes one to two business days. Shipping fees, both domestic and international, are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Items received as gift may be returned for store credit only. Giftee's are responsible for return shipping fees.

2017 HOLIDAY RETURNS: Items received in December 2017 as gifts must be returned/received in our warehouse by January 15th, 2018. We will not accept returns after January 15th 2018.

Special Orders are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to make an exchange, please just place a new order online and return your original item/s separately.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. It is advised that you send your return via a trackable service. Shop Fog Linen will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Merchandise purchased ‘on sale’ is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer sale price adjustments.
